CellarPro's 3000 Recessed Ceiling Mount split cooling system features an evaporator (1/3 Ton Nominal) that is designed to be recessed in the ceiling. This unit is suitable for wine cellars up to 600* cubic feet in both commercial and residential wine cellars.

Performance testing shows that this unit maintains optimal cellar temperature and humidity conditions in extreme conditions up to 110F more effectively than similar units from competing brands. 3000Scmr-EC units use energy-efficient EC fans in the evaporator and are significantly quieter than comparable units from other manufacturers.

All ceiling-mount units include our remote display with 20-feet of low-voltage wiring (additional wiring available upon request) and an integrated condensate pump as standard equipment. Visit our Learning Center for data tables, performance charts and product comparisons among different brands.

*The cellar size assumes that the cellar is constructed with a proper vapor barrier, insulation of R19 or better in all walls and ceiling (ie no glass or uninsulated concrete), a setpoint of 55F inside the cellar and ambient temperatures up to 85F outside the cellar.

Although the cooling units are rated for various size rooms, the thermal load may require a larger sized cooling unit. Thermal load may be affected by glass in the cellar, room positioning or other factors.  Please let a Rosehill Wine Cellar rep make some suggestions for you if needed.

• Solenoid Valve - typically used indoors. There is a separate controller for the evaporator and the condensor. 
• Electronic Control - Mandatory if the condensor will be placed in a cold environment or the condensor will be managed by the evaporator.

Inside the cellar, the evaporator unit is designed to mount on the wall near the top of the wine cellar. Outside the cellar, the condensing unit is attached to the evaporator unit by a line-set (sold separately) up to 100 equivalent feet.

ALL Cellar Pro Split systems are available with optional exterior hood which allows the condensing units to be installed in external environments, subject to the temperature range noted above. Please inquire.

Exposure to temperatures below 40°F requires the addition of our low ambient heater kit. The split systems are not shipped with the fan cycling switch required for low temperatures.  On its own, the cooling unit will function in environments above 40F/4C.  If your condenser will be in and environment below 40F/4C and approaching as low as  -20F/ -28C  you require the Low Ambient Heater kit.  The kit includes both the compressor heater and the fan cycling switch.

US shipping cost is fixed for all of continental US. Extra charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

Canadian shipping cost indicated is to major Canadian city. Extra charges may apply within Canada for smaller towns or remote locations.

UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS:

Please inspect for any damage and verify the number of boxes as compared to the waybill. Please indicate any damage, wear & tear to boxes or discrepancies while you are signing for the shipment.

Please count your boxes and inspect for damage prior to signing receipt of boxes.

IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please report damage to us as soon as possible. Generally it is better to accept the box(es) indicating damage on the waybill as opposed to refusing the shipment.

We will ship you new replacement items immediately, at no charge, as long as you indicated on the waybill that there was damage. We insure all items we ship, however, in order to make a claim it must be started within 4 business days of shipping.

If you discover damage after the delivery person has left or you did not sign for the items received please contact us as well as contacting the shipping company right away.

For all split systems, the warranty will not be activated until the Warranty Activation Checklist has been completed and submitted to CellarPro. The warranty period starts from the time of purchase, regardless of the time of activation. For all products covered by the terms of this warranty, CellarPro will repair or replace the original cooling unit with a new or refurbished cooling unit and, once replaced, the original cooling unit must be returned to CellarPro. All service provided by CellarPro under the above warranty must be performed by CellarPro or a designated repair facility unless otherwise specified by CellarPro. Purchaser is responsible for shipping the wine cooling unit to and from CellarPro or to and from a designated repair facility, and for removing and reinstalling the wine cooling unit from the wine cellar. The limited warranty applies only to wine cooling units purchased from the factory or an authorized dealer. Damage caused by others or by any cause beyond the control of CellarPro, shall not be considered defects in material or workmanship and are not covered by the warranty. The limited warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, commercial use, accident or improper use, maintenance, installation, service or repair. THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES, WHICH CELLARPRO WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THESE WARRANTIES OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW.
