Canadian pricing has recently increased to $1500.99, this should be the set new pricing.   The US pricing of $660 will most likely increase but we have not received any formal notifications.   

Koolr Plus (Magnum) for cooling small to medium-sized wine cellars.

KoolR Magnum will service both small and mid sized residential wine cellars.

Koolspace™ cooling units are designed to sit in a hole in the wall, roughly equal size to the cooling unit itself.  KoolR Plus vent directly to and an adjacent air-conditioned interior space. The KoolR units can not mount in the ceiling or on the floor.  They are not designed to work with ductwork nor be installed directly to the outside.  These are interior, through the wall units only. 

Ideally, koolR/KoolRPlus Magnum units should be installed above a door as they need air circulation around and below the unit.  If your walls are thicker than 6 1/2" then we also have 8" screws available. please specify at time of ordering.  

The Magnums blows the cool air down and to the sides.   It needs to be installed a minimum of 5" from the ceiling and have 10" to either side of it.  It needs 2ft below of unobstructed air flow which is why is it ideally installed above a door.  The koolR is NOT meant to be ducted nor to be enclosed in any way.  

The wine cellar cooling units conveniently monitor the temperature inside your wine cellar, with digital display showing in adjacent room.

koolR & KoolRPlus (Magnum) wine cellar cooling units come with a silver colored grill which is visible from the adjacent room. This is to allow the exterior grill to blend in better with the wall decor in the adjacent room. The grill can be painted if you desire.

Also known as KoolR 600 - cooling unit model AK3 - is the smaller KoolR Piccolo   

Although the cooling units are rated for various size rooms, the thermal load may require a larger sized cooling unit.  Thermal load may be affected by glass in the cellar, room positioning or other factors.  Please let a Rosehill Wine Cellar rep make some suggestions for you if needed. 

Warranty is NOT covered for commercial use of the KoolR Magnum.  

The KoolR Magnum is NOT designed to go into cabinets, this unit is meant for wine rooms with open airflow around the unit.
