Riedel Horn Decanter

Modeled after a musical horn’s coiled shape, the Horn decanter is a homage to the RIEDEL family’s central European heritage. The Horn decanter was inspired by the iconic insignia that symbolizes the Austrian Post’s mail delivery system. Like other coiled decanters, the Horn decanter “double-decants” wine. It features 2 openings on either end, the larger of which is to be used for both receiving and pouring wine. The decanter’s clear crystal color is accented by a large regal golden yellow stripe outlined by two black lines following the contours of its curved silhouette. This decanter is designed to hold a single bottle of wine.

This product is handmade.
Our master glassmakers individually craft each item so every piece has a unique character. Due to the nature of crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of each product, tiny bubbles, imperfections, or slight surface variations are an acceptable part of the process.

The RIEDEL Bottle Cleaner cannot be used with this product as they can become lodged and unable to be removed.
This pack contains a single piece.

Kindly avoid overpouring the decanter. It's designed for specific fillings: 0.75L for regular, 1.5L for magnum, and 3L for double magnum.
Do keep in mind that sizes may vary due to the unique handmade nature of these decanters but they always hold the specified filling quantity.

US shipping cost is fixed for all of continental US. Extra charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

Canadian shipping cost indicated is to major Canadian city. Extra charges may apply within Canada for smaller towns or remote locations.

UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS:

Please inspect for any damage and verify the number of boxes as compared to the waybill. Please indicate any damage, wear & tear to boxes or discrepancies while you are signing for the shipment.

Please count your boxes and inspect for damage prior to signing receipt of boxes.

IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please report damage to us as soon as possible. Generally it is better to accept the box(es) indicating damage on the waybill as opposed to refusing the shipment.

We will ship you new replacement items immediately, at no charge, as long as you indicated on the waybill that there was damage. We insure all items we ship, however, in order to make a claim it must be started within 4 business days of shipping.

If you discover damage after the delivery person has left or you did not sign for the items received, please contact us as well as contacting the shipping company right away.
