Aluminum is an efficient thermal conductor. It transfers cold better than stainless steel, acrylic, or clay. Our cooler keeps wine properly chilled with a minimal amount of ice.

DRIPLESS BOTTLE

AT THE CORRECT TEMPERATURE
White wine is best served at temperatures 4-10 ºC / 40-50 ºF. Wine in our cooler stays well within those ranges, but not ice-cold as in an ice bucket. Winemakers actually appreciate this point because their wine can taste better when not extremely cold.
