Terroir shines through with this glass. The Mineralité glass’s design, with an ample bowl to assist with allowing the wine to open is complimented by a narrowing chimney bringing focus and precision to the nose. The Mineralité glass is ideal for acidic wines with verve.

THE GRASSL MANUFACTURING PROCESS: 

All of Grassl glasses are crafted from lead-free crystal. The glass is processed in such a way that they are balanced, light and durable. Multiple heating and cooling cycles, coupled with tempering the mouth will give you the highest quality of glass. 

It requires 5 artisans to create a mouth-blown glass. Each of the production steps requires years of apprenticeship before being deemed experienced enough to create these glasses. Their ability to recreate a unique product with exceptionally similar tolerances and consistency is remarkable.

Our quality checks are meticulous and only the very best stems will make it into the customer's hands. All glasses that do not pass the inspections are 100% recyclable without a loss in purity and quality.

COLD CUT RIM - Allows the glass to be sealed to a non-porous condition and ensures a smooth delivery from the glass to the mouth. 

SURFACE VS OPENING - The surface will allow wines to open up quicker, whilst the smaller opening will capture the aromas and bring focus to the nose.

PULLED STEM - Made in one continuous piece of glass and is, therefore, more resistant to breakage. 

STABILITY & BALANCE - Our large base keeps the glass stable on uneven surfaces, whilst acting as a counterweight to balance the overall glass.

US shipping cost is fixed for all of continental US. Extra charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska.

Canadian shipping cost indicated is to major Canadian city. Extra charges may apply within Canada for smaller towns or remote locations.

UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS:

Please inspect for any damage and verify the number of boxes as compared to the waybill. Please indicate any damage, wear & tear to boxes or discrepancies while you are signing for the shipment.

Please count your boxes and inspect for damage prior to signing receipt of boxes.

IF YOU HAVE DAMAGED ITEMS:

Please report damage to us as soon as possible. Generally it is better to accept the box(es) indicating damage on the waybill as opposed to refusing the shipment.

We will ship you new replacement items immediately, at no charge, as long as you indicated on the waybill that there was damage. We insure all items we ship, however, in order to make a claim it must be started within 4 business days of shipping.

If you discover damage after the delivery person has left, or you did not sign for the items received, please contact us as well as contacting the shipping company right away.
