Project Overview
A wine connoisseur sought a custom wine cellar for aging, displaying, and safely storing their collection, while also adding a striking feature to their home that could enhance property value, and safely store their wine collection.

A TOUCH OF LUXURY
Our team collaborated with the client’s designer to create initial CAD drawings for the wine cellar. We conducted a site visit to evaluate the space and address any potential challenges.
Based on the assessment, our in-house CAD designers refined the plans, ensuring they matched the designer’s vision and incorporated two sophisticated design elements suggested by the designer.
Once the design was finalized, we built the wine cellar at our 25,000-square-foot facility, adhering to the custom specifications. The completed cellar was then shipped to the client's home for assembly and installation.
- Custom mill work: intricate curved mill work throughout the wine cellar enhanced the design and visual appeal.
- Acrylic table: custom acrylic table that matches the high-end, modern ethos of the cellar design.
"At Rosehill Wine Cellars, we can design your custom wine cellar, starting with an idea, simple drawing or concept."
The Transformation
Our team worked closely with the designer to fully understand the vision and technical requirements for the wine racks. We employed specialized tools and techniques to fabricate the curved mill work. This involved custom jig creation and the use of advanced bending techniques to achieve the desired curves.
A rigorous quality control process was implemented to ensure that all mill work elements met the highest standards of craftsmanship and fit perfectly within the cellar space.

When our client and their designer sent us their grand vision of a custom wine cellar, they set very high expectations. At the end of the wine cellar construction timeline, those expectations were not only met, but we believe were vastly exceeded.
Thanks to the efforts of our design-build experts, the client received a spectacular addition to their home that has become the focal point of hosting, parties and entertainment functions.
