Custom Wine Cellars, Designed Anywhere

Worldwide Services

Bringing Rosehill Expertise Worldwide

Global Access to Cellar Expertise

We believe expert cellar design should be accessible no matter where you live. That’s why we offer our full range of custom wine cellar consultation and design services to clients worldwide. Whether you’re a homeowner in California, a resort developer in the Caribbean, or renovating a villa in Europe, our team can help bring your vision to life.

A Seamless, End-to-End Process

We combine virtual collaboration, in-house manufacturing, and detailed coordination with your local contractors to ensure every project runs smoothly. The result is a wine cellar that’s climate-controlled, visually stunning, and perfectly integrated into your space — no matter where you’re building.

Over 30 Years of Specialized Experience

With over 30 years of wine cellar design and build experience, we’ve built a reputation for precision, performance, and aesthetic excellence. From remote consulting to full architectural support, we guide clients through every stage of the process — directly from our Ontario headquarters.

Designed to Work From Anywhere

Our consultation services are built with flexibility in mind. Whether you're located in a major city or a remote destination, we start with a virtual consultation to understand your space, collection goals, and stylistic preferences. These video-based meetings allow us to gather critical details, review images or floorplans, and discuss your needs in real time — without the need for travel.

Accurate Planning Through Remote Tools

Using your submitted photos, room measurements, and layout drawings, our team can assess your space thoroughly. From there, we create CAD-based layouts and offer initial design direction based on capacity needs, cooling requirements, and aesthetic considerations. This approach saves time while ensuring you get a thoughtful, personalized plan.

Virtual & On-Site Consultation Services

On-Site Consultations Available

For large-scale or technically complex projects, on-site consultationsmay be arranged. This is especially beneficial when architectural constraints or multi-trade collaboration require a physical presence. Our team can travel to select locations, subject to project scope, travel distance, and availability. On-site visits are fee-based and tailored to the needs of the client and the build environment.

In-House Design & Manufacturing

Custom Designs Created by Experts

All wine cellar layouts and technical drawings are produced by our in-house design team, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and creative alignment from the very beginning. Every plan is tailored to your collection size, room constraints, and aesthetic goals — whether you’re building a small under-stair wine room or a multi-zone commercial cellar.

Our team uses professional CAD software and 3D rendering tools to visualize how your wine racks, cooling units, lighting, and finishes will come together. We don’t rely on third-party templates — every design is made-to-measure and built to work.

Precision-Crafted Wine Racks

Unlike many retailers, we manufacture all our wine racking in-house at our facility in Ontario, Canada. This gives us full control over materials, craftsmanship, and lead times. Whether you’re looking for traditional wood racking, modern metal-accented displays, or a hybrid solution, our production team delivers quality that meets both structural and aesthetic standards.

Racks are available in a range of finishes and can be engineered for different bottle types — including Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, or large formats — all based on your inventory and future needs.

Built to Ship, Ready to Install

Because we manufacture our racking systems ourselves, we also ensure they’re engineered for safe, efficient global shipping. Every component is flat-packed, labeled, and prepared for easy on-site assembly by your local builder or contractor. We also include detailed installation instructions and offer remote support during the build phase.

By keeping production in-house, we guarantee that the quality you see in our renderings is exactly what you’ll receive — no surprises, no outsourcing, and no compromises.

Collaboration with Local Contractors & Specialists

We work closely with your local team — including general contractors, architects, HVAC technicians, and even specialists in glass enclosures, custom doors, or window systems — to ensure seamless integration of your wine cellar into the surrounding space. Rosehill provides detailed plans, installation guidance, and ongoing supportthroughout construction, acting as a design partner and technical advisor so your build crew can execute with precision, no matter where they're located.

Global Shipping of Custom Wine Racking

Built to Travel

All of our wine racks are manufactured in-house and engineered with international shipping in mind. Each order is carefully packaged using protective materials and labeling systems to ensure your components arrive safely — whether they’re going across the border or across the ocean.

Worldwide Delivery Capabilities

We ship our racking systems and design packages to destinations around the world, including the U.S., Europe, the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond. Our logistics team works with trusted carriers to provide reliable freight solutions that meet your timeline, budget, and import requirements.

Installation-Ready Materials

Each shipment includes detailed installation instructions tailored to your cellar layout, with optional support from our design team during the build. Components are pre-cut, labeled, and organized to ensure your local contractor can assemble them efficiently — even if they’ve never installed a wine cellar before.

Comprehensive Project Support

Ongoing Design Support

At Rosehill, our involvement doesn’t end once the plans are approved. We stay connected throughout the entire project, offering ongoing design supportto answer questions, review adjustments, and ensure your cellar stays on track as construction progresses. Whether your builder needs clarification on a racking detail or your HVAC tech requires input on vent placement, we’re here to help.

Comprehensive Project Support

Direct Communication Channels

Our global clients benefit from direct access to our design and technical teams, not automated ticket systems. You can speak with real experts via email, phone, or scheduled video calls, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation — especially when working across time zones and with multiple trades on-site.

Tools & Technologies We Use

Coordination for Complex Builds

Many international wine cellar projects are part of larger home renovations, hospitality developments, or new builds. We’re experienced in coordinating with other trades and project managers, helping to synchronize timelines, troubleshoot issues, and adapt designs when conditions on-site evolve.
