The WhisperKOOL Ceiling Mount 8000 is a powerful split system wine cellar cooling solution designed for larger residential and commercial wine cellars. Installed discreetly at ceiling level, the evaporator preserves valuable wall and racking space while delivering the consistent temperature and airflow required for proper wine storage.
By drawing in the warmer air that naturally rises, the Ceiling Mount 8000 efficiently cools and circulates air throughout the cellar. Professional grade components, quiet operation, accessible service connections, and a space saving design provide dependable long term performance without disrupting the appearance of your wine cellar.

Additional Information
A split wine cellar cooling system separates the evaporator and condenser. The evaporator is installed inside the cellar, while the condenser is placed in a nearby or remote location. This configuration helps keep compressor heat, noise, and vibration outside the wine cellar while maximizing usable bottle storage space.
Electrical wiring, bottle probe wiring, and refrigerant line connections are positioned along the bottom of the evaporator for easier installation and service access. Flare fittings eliminate the need for field brazing at the evaporator.
The redesigned evaporator also includes a coated Duramax coil for improved performance and corrosion resistance. A hex mesh grille and integrated air filter help protect the unit from potentially harmful debris during initial operation.
Condenser Options
OMEGA 110 H.E. Condenser
The OMEGA 110 H.E. is the high efficiency condenser option for installations requiring 110V power. Remote condenser placement helps remove compressor heat and operating noise from the cellar while supporting dependable split system performance.
Advanced H.E. 220V Condenser
The new Advanced H.E. 220V condenser is engineered for improved efficiency, equipment protection, quiet operation, and serviceability. Its wide ambient operating range supports dependable cooling in temperatures from minus 20°F to 120°F, making it suitable for demanding indoor and outdoor installation environments.
A high efficiency rotary compressor works with a liquid line injector, cycling switch, compressor heater strap, and suction line accumulator to protect the system during high and low ambient conditions. A hydrophilic coated condenser coil provides additional corrosion resistance in humid or challenging environments.
The compressor blanket and vibration isolation mounts help reduce operating noise and vibration. Built in high side and low side pressure gauges include pressure to temperature conversion scales, allowing technicians to quickly review refrigerant pressure and saturation temperature during charging, diagnostics, and system verification.
Flare fittings simplify installation and servicing, while the updated housing provides quick remove top access and a dedicated electrical compartment for more efficient maintenance and troubleshooting.

Installation must be completed by a qualified HVAC R technician. Installation by an unqualified person will void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Wine cellar capacity ratings are estimates. Glass exposure, insulation, cellar location, ambient temperatures, and other thermal load conditions may require a larger cooling system.
