Its black-lacquered cabinet, double-glazed UV-filtered glass door, and whisper-quiet Twin Process hot/cold system recreate the perfect environment for long-term maturation, keeping every vintage between 6 °C and 18 °C with unwavering precision. Behind the sleek touch-control panel, fourteen sliding beech shelves glide out to reveal up to 177 bottles, while white LEDs showcase labels without raising the temperature.

Purpose-built in northern France, this single-zone cellar layers EuroCave’s famous safeguards, Hygro+ humidity regulation, charcoal-filtered breather ventilation, and VES anti-vibration isolation onto thick CQI-insulated walls that mimic two metres of earth. The result is a cabinet that not only looks refined in a kitchen or tasting room but also slows ageing to perfection, preserving aroma, flavour, and cork integrity for decades.

La Première, the Origine France Garantie label, confirms that every unit is handcrafted and tested in EuroCave’s historic factory near Lille. The interior aluminium walls disperse cold evenly, while a removable clay-ball humidity box lets you fine-tune moisture above 50 %. Visual and audible alarms alert you to any deviation in temperature, humidity or door closure, and a keyed lock secures prized bottles.
