Your Initial Design Consultation
Once we have your details, you’ll be matched with one of our design specialists who will organise a free, no-obligation design consultation call. You can also meet us in person at our 22,000 sq ft workshop facility.
We create your custom wine cellar design
You retain Rosehill to complete a Presentation Drawing Set that includes a 3D perspective view and all elevations that bring your project to life. You can suggest revisions until we finalize your dream wine cellar design.
Project Confirmation & Quotation
When your design is confirmed and approved, Rosehill will provide a fixed-price statement of work proposal detailing all the work to be performed, plus a standard signed agreement.
Site visit & final measurements
Your project goes into the Cellar Construction queue. We attend a site visit to obtain final site measurements for the wood shop.
Product drawings created
Final production drawings are created which will be used to fabricate the millwork. These are sent to you for final approval before product begins.
Production begins in house
Your wine cellar is then manufactured to the highest standards in our in-house 22,000 sq ft manufacturing facility, right here in North America.
Your wine cellar is delivered & installed
Your custom wine cellar is delivered and assembled on site by our careful team of skilled craftsmen. We check all systems and ensure quality checks are passed before project completion.
Cooling unit installation
Following the delivery and installation of your millwork, your cooling unit is installed and commissioned.
Service Maintenance Plan
Following the installation of your cellar and cooling unit, your service maintenance plan commences.
In-house CAD specialists
Our in-house team of exceptional wine cellar designers are experienced in computer-aided design, providing you with a realistic 3D preview of your wine cellar project before construction even begins. We also produce our signature custom Premier Cru wine racking kits on-site in the same manufacturing facility. Our on-site woodshop and dedicated team of craftsmen is what gives Rosehill Wine Cellars the means to provide complete 360 wine cellar construction desing/build services and full service installation.
